Teaser: The building is forced to adapt to the digital age to respond to the many challenges to which it is subject. Everything starts from the data which becomes an Asset of the building.  While the construction industry is traditionally organized in silos, digital technology, transversal in nature, is disrupting established models, forcing all players in the value chain to evolve towards innovative models that commit them to long-term results. in addition to obligations of means. The questions then arise as to how to access this data, how to exploit it, how to ensure its authenticity and the security of the systems in place, following which economic models and which legal frameworks? So many questions that the speakers will try to answer by illustrating their remarks with concrete cases.

Teaser: While the digitalization of buildings is inevitable and is accelerating to meet economic, energy and environmental challenges, the subject of data governance is emerging as a major challenge. Indeed, any building service is conditioned by access to the data it generates. Everything starts from the data which is an Asset of the building. Its mastery is a major prerequisite for its valorization. This requires a global, multi-actor and transversal approach to all building silos. The DATA 4 U charter supported by the Data Governance Alliance is intended for any service provider intended to use third party data for a specific service. Adhering to the 10 commitments of this charter means guaranteeing third parties sovereignty over their data, accompanied by reciprocity models for their use.

Teaser: We are irremediably moving towards an energy mix on a territorial scale for which access to data will become essential to ensure optimized management best associating needs with available resources according to multiple criteria such as economic, environmental or societal. Access to data and their governance therefore represent a major challenge for the stakeholders involved. The purpose of this conference will be to clearly pose the problem, to illustrate it with concrete examples such as local energy loops and to propose recommendations, starting with those emanating from the European Commission.

Teaser: It is an established fact that any energy efficiency system necessarily relies on a digital infrastructure to control the energy management system in real time to the uses of the building. While the question of financing this infrastructure, which is also useful for other building services such as space optimization, health, security, personal services, etc., still arises, it is time to think about it as a common good:  digital commons and real building assets. Its financing can be ensured by the energy savings made once the investment is switched to OPEX mode and the annual repayments are covered by the savings generated. Concrete cases will illustrate these remarks.
